Got a short story published in a motorcycle magazine once, unfortunately I haven't got a copy. It was about an aging biker (Rocker) revisiting a seaside resort and looking for a lost love who he met in the sixties during the Mod & Rockers riots. I think because I added a bit of a supernatural element to the story, it got in.

He wasn't the ghost she was, it ended with him and her together again, forever young enjoying an endless summer

A bit corny but I did write it in the 90s
