I'm going to go against the grain here and admit that when I'm not OK I'm more likely to use the forums as an escape. Things won't get done, which makes me feel unproductive and stressed, which makes me spend more time on the forums. Actually, the Internet in general, not just fab.

It's my first time being involved in the forum/social media, was on here a few years ago and never bothered with it. If you are using it to fill a void because you are missing something in the real world and it becomes obsessive/addictive which it has started becoming for me, it's unhealthy. Having a balance of social interaction in the real world is much healthier for me so I feel I need to stop coming on here. Its great if people are happy on here though and getting something positive from it.

I think its a sliding state of being and people's usage adjusts. Sometimes when you are on a high you try and maintain by popping in here, also the same when you hit the lows.

Think moods alter the attendance on differing threads.

Would I attend? Probably but as of the last 24 hours I'm attending less anyway. It's a cost/benefit analysis methinks and you need to weigh up if the great things you get from here outweigh the headaches. All subjective
