I think they advise to note any times of incidents where you feel you are being stalked, any communication etc. Take it to the police and seek advice.

Log times get evidence he is stalking you then point out if it continues you will go to the police. Alternatively he can forget everything and keep things professional.

It's going to be difficult to explain to me police in circumstances like this.

Maybe fight fire with fire.

Tell him that you will tell his Mrs if he doesn't back off?

However I think it sounds like things have already gone to far and your work and personal life have crossed a boundary that there's no coming back from.

The way I see it your choices are.

Bit the bullet and fuck him and hope he then loses interest.

.

Arrange a non swinging meeting social with maybe a trusted friend as a witness,tell him face to face to back off or the police,your other bosses and his wife will be informed.

Then lay low for a bit,hide profile arrange meets directly with friends stay away from public places for a while.

Or as I suspect the outcome is probably going to end one of you will have to find a new job.

It sounds like a very messy situation and not one I would like to be in.

I certainly couldn't have sex dressed with a male colleague, it just doesn't feel right. If he's married you certainly have some ammunition, but be careful he is your boss.

If you're a member of a union it wouldn't be a bad idea to get in touch with them in case HR or an employment issue comes up.
