The sun is gone! I needed a cheer up so I'm currently blasting out the Hairspray soundtrack and having a boogie in my kitchen!

What's your favourite musical? Movie or stage

A world all of his own

I've seen Rock of ages, We will rock you (twice) and The book of Mormon.

Have to say We will rock you was my favourite but I do love Queens music.

"Jeff Wayne’s war of the worlds....does that count ? "

Without a doubt, the single best piece of musical theatre of the 20th century.

I bloody love hairspray and I love the new one just as much as the old one!

I have a guilty pleasure of the high schools musical films (it might just be a zac efron crush actually )

Grease 2 is another favourite though, I know it isn’t everyone’s but there we are!

My ultimate ones are Mammia Mia! Both films I love just as equal and know the soundtrack to both in equal measures and is quite happy belting them out!

I don't have a favourite musical, I've enjoyed every one I've seen.

I'm taking my mum to the theatre tonight to see Motown the musical. Next month we are going to see Annie and at the end of August I'm taking her to see Rocky Horror Show. I just need to persuade her to dress up for it

Darkly themed yet full of some classic songs

Seen it live twice with Will Young as Emcee

He was fantastic

Certainly went up in my estimations anyway

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

West Side Story is my all time favourite and I have had the Sound of Music with me since birth.

I've managed to see three this year, so far, and loved them all:

Caroline Or Change

Company

Hamilton, which I find myself singing at odd moments.

It's a really sweet musical, with a great musical end.

The only musical I have been properly disappointed with is Wicked. There's only one good tune.
