Are we on:

Old rules

Classic rules

Modern rules

Old modern rules

Modern old rules

Classic old rules

Old classic rules

Correct me if I missed any.

Careful when planning your next moves; it's London Marathon day tomorrow. Tricksy!

Just a small nip to Walthamstow.

For those asking about the rules, I think the 1949 almanac is probably the easiest to understand for a beginner. At 3000 pages it’s much more concise than the stuffy old 1947 version

Not a fan of old modern rules. Prefer modern old rules with the Putney variation.

Enough of you lot with your nips, sideswipe and around backwards to Piccadilly. That's a logical move.

You can, but that will put the Inns of Court in Chuff until someone uses de Vere's Gambit.

I trump your 7 Sisters with the Finsbury Park stratagem.
