F: No I am suggesting we start taking things back. And it starts with Nassau.

MQ: How would we do that? Rogers holds the city with a company of British regulars and a small navy.

F: Rogers is in the middle of an administrative nightmare surrounded by an island of hunters that may be placated for now, but could be awoken. That I could awaken.

MQ: How do you propose to do that?

F: They pledged to follow me when I was alive. They turned their back on me when they thought I was dead. So I will come back from the dead and lay claim to what I am owed.

MQ: Lets say we take it, how would we defend it with my numbers?

F: For every one of your men there are thousands in the West Indies who will come running when they hear a British governor was deposed by an army of pirates and slaves. How many consider joining that fight?

What does a Colonial Power do when the men who power it lay down their shovels, pick up swords and say no more!

Take down Nassau. Maybe take it all down!

I'd say Vikings and Black Sails are better than Game of Thrones. Stronger grasp on reality, even though both are fictional.

I prefer Black Sails. Usually the older it is, the more I prefer it, but I love the intrigue and romance of the golden age of piracy
