I purposely stay out of it now have done enough damage to my skin over the years don’t want any more damage + I’m thinking don’t want to add anymore wrinkles to the 1s I already have

My face has gone a little brown. I don't look like I'm in dire need of iron tablets at the moment, so that's good

I dont ever sit in the sun. Always wear sunscreen 50 on my face even in the winter. Theres nothing worse than the dried up prune look when you get older the suns so aging and we all get older one day.

Not far

Yes burnt arms and legs whilst out on a bike ride. The cooling wind hides the fact you've had too much sun.

I’m brown all over, as much as I love the heat, I have enough melonin in my skin not to have to worry about tan lines

Central

I'm cautious as I'm fair skinned, so take just small amounts. I've a little colour from this weekend. Having met a young girl who had lost part of her arm from skin cancer, I'm quite careful - but never enough.

I get really concerned about lads and guys who take no care - I've seen a lot of bright red skin today.

"It was like warm what's all the fuss about?"

It's been sunny for the whole bank holiday weekend and hotter than average, at least up here? Sounds like a reason to be happy to me
