What could YOU cook for 60 people today ?

You've been roped in to cooking for 60 people later today.. budget not a problem, What could you make..As its warm weather I'd do 60 chicken salads or plain salads for the vegans/vulcans and sixty triple flakes in raspberry ice cream

Hiding in the shadows

I'll probably cook for at least 100 today.

On a day like today, I wish I was outside, nice BBQ.

Steaks, marinated chicken, local butchers speciality sausages.

Instead I'll be melting in a teeny kitchen doing scampi in a basket

I'd have two large bbqs burning one for the meat and the other vegan and vege.

Chicken and hambuggers, vegan burggers. Portabella mushroom, Helumie, and mixed green leaf salad. Skinny fries and sweet-potatoe fries.

Oh, and plenty of G&T to accompany my whilst I was cooking.

Enormous pot of chilli and an enormous pot of vegan chilli and rice. Huge salad. 30 bags of frozen fruit choice of Greek yogurt or vegan alternative

Looking at fridge contents I could probably do a chicken salad at a push. Ice-cream and mixed fruit. Dark choc/crisps for nibbles later.
