Going downstairs to get a drink is my main form of exercise.

My health hasn't been great the past year or so, but i hope i can build up my fitness in time.

Kind of a triathlete. I have done a couple of duathlons but my intentions of doing a triathlon tend to get derailed. I'm having eye surgery soon which will likely rule me out of doing one this year.

I do help at a lot of local events so if you are local to me and compete regularly I've possibly helped you out if a lake or shouted at you for not obeserbing a mount or dismount line
