Put a load of protestors together and unfortunately you'll always have a mess, but they've been passive. I'm not sure using force to combat peoples inconveniences has ever been accepted in the UK. Your view is the only one you consider valid. I don't 'approve', for want of a better word, of all the actions of a small minority of those participating. I do admire the fact that some have volunteered to be arrested, discussing who has most and least to lose and deciding who it will be. It's a new way of protesting. I admire people standing up for what they believe. Change comes from action not maintaining the status quo. I'm grateful the protest has given us cleaner air for a few days. I'm saddened that people are angry at protesters trying to help everyone rather than at the failure of successive governments to tackle something affecting us all. I'm pissed off with people not even in London spouting off as though they have been personally inconvenienced. I've d*unk too much to maintain my usual composure with lazy forum tropes by the usual suspects.

"maundy Thursday my arse a good wash and a hard days wouldn't do the any harm, middle class with daddy's money never needed or had to work, peoples work and personal lives have been turned up side down because these idiots have got nothing better to do. they have caused more pollution with their antics than a normal day in London and what right have they got to disturb peoples lives, none they need to crawl back under whatever rock they crawled out of in the first place. feel free to have a pop, ive got broad shouders There's nothing I can write here that you, or others, will be willing to consider. "

My point remains and London faces many inconveniences with travel and transport but your family is in pain at this time and this one will always be blamed for the trouble getting where they needed to be.
