What diet are you following?.

I am following carb cycling where you have high, medium and low days, in summary it is about glycogen stores, on high days you replenish your glycogen stores and on low days you deplete them, it is a very effective diet strategy.

Ah .. but we both have the intelligence enough to eat healthily with a varied diet coupled with a sustainable amount of exercise ...

I would argue that sometimes the fadism of following a prescribed diet can itself cause health issues but eliminating an aspect of it completely (such as fat). The human body needs all aspects of protein, fat, carbs etc ... it is eating one in greater or lesser proportions for prolonged periods of time that can cause issues

So basically you lied

If you had wrote ,we are intelligent our diet consists of well round choices with great variety and moderation, I would have said nothing

But no all the cool kids like to pretend how nonchalant they are with

Yeah fuck the gym and thinking about food I eat what I want !!!!

The OP used diet in its correct term referring to what is your diet, ie what do you habitually eat

It was NOT are you one a silly fad diet

No one needs to buy the silly fad diet books , with time and intelligence we can all orchestrate a good diet for ourselves

However declaring

I eat what I want

Implies , crisps ice cream cake sweets and shit food and not to moderation

In your opinion ... however you want to interpret someone else's post is your own look out.

What was said implies no such thing.

Neither did I suggest what the OP said was a fad diet. My mentioning of fad diets wad the mere fact that many diets cause more issues than they resolve.

So no .. it wasn't a lie .. I do eat what I want when I want. If what I want is an apple .. I eat an apple, if I fancy some other snack I shall do so.

Now not entirely sure what high horse you rode up on but you seemed to have picked on a couple of other points that people made. So, wind your neck in and give the horse a sugar lump or whatever works in a balanced horse diet.

Camberley occasionally doncaster

Nothing scientific but weekdays I am on around 3500 clean calories a day. Plenty of veg/salad, roughly 6 chicken thighs a day (4 breasts), 1 medium baked potato for lunch and tea. Snack on homemade protein balls and chilli nuts, 3 egg omelette for breakfast. 4-5 pieces of fruit a day. Topped up with a couple of protein smoothies

Weekends are fewer calories -prob 2000 and probably 75% veggie..

I am lucky I don't have a sweet tooth and my food cravings are generally for fresh tuna steak or rolled ham and cheese (No bread)

I’m following the Kebab Diet; You scoff the buggers down and they’re nutritionally bloody awful for you, brimming to buggery with calories. Surely if it was not the case it would not be the see food

I don't, I eat to fuel my powerlifting and maintain weight around 108kg.

4000 calories a day, meal timing changes on training days with carbs mostly pre, intra and post training.

250g protein 1000 calories

500g carbs 2000 calories

110g fat 990 calories.

Stick to those figures give or take here and there.

Loads of fruit and fibrous veg, nuts, pasta, potatoes and rice, Bergen bread and wraps, chicken, fish and beef.

All cooked fresh.

Overall, reasonably sensible. I don't eat meat but nothing else is off limits, only moderated.

Generally I try to keep carbs to a minimum and pick sweet potatoes and wholewheat over their more processed cousins. Full fat everything but 'good' fats, no nasty artificial sweeteners and lots of fresh veg and good protein.

Sometimes I'm better than others though but really, I don't follow a plan or want meal times to feel like a chore. Food (like many other things) should be enjoyed, bit that doesn't mean anything goes.

I don't follow a specific diet plan. I do try to focus on eating more carbs now... I was always concentrating on protein in the past. But eating more and more carbs have done me a load of good... I have more energy than ever...

But essentially I eat what I want when I want. Around 4/5 meals a day

Mainly rice, pasta or potatoes.

With chicken or fish. And vegetables..

But try stop me having macdonalds when I want 1 haha..
