But what type/make. It looks uncomfortable... do you get some that pleasure the wearer more so that while they are pegging, they get stimulated. They all look like climbing harnesses with a steel ring attachment… not much fun for the lady

If you're a beginner then you're better off with a starter strap on . Pipedream products do a starter strap on. If you want something bigger then you could go for a doc Johnson vac u lok which has a wide range of attachments.

Generally women will tell you that they get really turned on by the situation, and they will get some physical stimulation too from the movement of the harness. I got a double vibrating one from bondara, the one for the wearer is smaller in size, but both are very comfortable and myself and the ladies I’ve used it with have had a rather lively time

I’ve had loads over the years, i have a leather harness that’s adjustable in every way so it’s secure and it’s as comfortable as a second skin
