I know I’ll regret this as I’m starving already but favourite lunchtime treat....

Mine is a soft sub roll, honey roast ham, mayo/English mustard, salad - with sliced boiled egg and cress.

Oh man now this is making me regret my life choices today!

Been on a diet for two weeks, to try and cut down a little and lean up the body! Harold any carbs and just the talk of bread is making my mouth water
