I'm going to be charitable, but only on Fab, everyone else can bugger off.

I want to liven up where I live a little. Create an entertainment park of sorts.. Somewhere that has something for every age. A place to chill in the afternoons, evening and weekends.

There are many units available on my site. Partitioned into different areas. Convince me of your plans and I may grant you the unit and all the start up capital you need to make my pleasure park succeed.

Whats your own home town missing out on? What does your home town have that I need on my doorstep?

My addition would be a series of lakes used for differing activities. Wakeboarding/sailing/swimming etc.

I'm running the entire operation from my beach shack overlooking the wakeboarding lake. You sure you're ok being in such close proximity to the boss?

I'm not a mahoosive car nut. But I love driving them and adore customisation. So I think I'd have to have a West-Midlands Customs Garage. A classy restoration place next door. A mechanic I can trust. Like a petrol heads avenue within the park. Hog motorbike showroom. American Diner. A little Americana section.

What business do you want to run within the complex? One I've suggested? An idea of your own? I have to approve it if it's your own idea

Done! Are you happy having a new set of apprentices every two years? I'm all about giving back. Working with schools, carehomes and mental health benefits a fully funded equestrian centre could have. Can you teach me to ride properly? Horses tend to walk into low lying branches and rub up against tree trunks when I'm on them.

I'd like you to teach me to care for my own Mongol Pony as well.

Of course I can, horses are well known for their therapeutic touch so without a doubt we can run rehabilitation programmes and riding for the disabled too.

Apprentices are perfect and can with with local colleges to offer an outplacement programme too

I like your thinking.. I was pondering placing it on the other side of the wakeboard lake. A safe medium sized, enclosed bay. Surrounded by various sized paddocks.

"Are dogs welcome at the beach?"

Oh yes! Complex wide, but usual rules regarding shops etc. Have to respect the allergies and phobias.

Probably have a dog friendly beach and a non-dog area the other side.

Dog poo non-picker-uppers will be shot.

I'd hope someone would volunteer to run a pet centre. Vets, kennels, cattery, socialising and training classes.

Any requests Tribute? Are you sure you want the Pet Centre? With a word like Tribute I wondered if you'd be more interested in the Greco/Roman Live action roleplay/living history area (open 24/7 all inclusive resort)?

More along the lines of I love animals but am hopelessly allergic to them, I will build up immunity in about six months(I've dogs and cats) but til then I'll be a sneezing wreck. Totally worth it tho.

In a speakeasy style with private booths, on the wrongbside of the tracks. All cigarette smoke and jazz, as the jaded women saunter by, winking and faffing in the hope they find their Knight in Shining Armour. And as the last drop of gin falls on the ice, the haze clears to reveal another knave in tin foil, another broken heart and another bottle brought up from the cellar...
