Just wondering if anyone had tried Madbid, and what your experience of it was...did you win something cool?

think you have to deposit an amount of your money with them before you are allowed to bid

I have heard of it, involves spending money, something I have too little of to waste on gambling

I think its the unique bid that wins, as in no other person puts in the same bid as you, hope this makes sense?

I think (I may be wrong) you have to pay for each bid you place.

Registered with it out of curiosity, but it was pay to enter auctions so I gave it a miss.

Bradford

I would advocate avoiding pay to enter at all costs.

I tried it once before because they were giving out like 5 free bids when you sign up so thought id give it a go, was always getting outbid no matter how late i left it, so id give it a miss as it isnt worth wasting your money on imo.

YOu have to buy bids which cost 50p each and increase the price by 2p so you could end up spending over 100 quid just in bids, and then pay for the actually product if you win it which is highly unlikely, also they Are notorious for late/no delivery, in my opinion I would steer well clear of these sort of sites, you are better with price drop or bid up tv lol

I think it's a con. I tried it and never won a thing... Seems to swallow your money on bids and see nothing for it!!!
