little house on the praire

Noone has posted a whats for dinner thread and i wanted to show off. I just made aubergine and spinach dahl, it was my main meal of the day and ive had a medium bowl and im stuffed up

well i was gonna have soup and a roll

BUT

on opening the fridge, i spotted the cocktail sausages normally reserved as a treat for the dog

so let's just say the soup is now wednesdays lunch and the impromptu sausage sarnie was lovely

I made chicken bakes which is small pieces of chicken in a white sauce with cajun seasoning,chilli powder,salt,pepper,wrapped in ready roll puff pastry mmmmmmm

Have just had a mega omlette, with cheese, onions, mushrooms, hotdog sausages and red peppers with baked beans and topped off with brown sauce.

I'm doing weights later, so you might just hear my version of Jack's Trumpet Concerto
