If you have a 250ml glass fill it up roughly 2/5's that'll give you 100 grams.

Other than that you can save the remainder for the next day and fry it up. Add a couple of eggs for egg fried rice.

I always put a cup of rice in a pan and then twice as much water in the same cup , xx

Weigh it when dry its easy then after doing it 3 or 4 times to get it spot on.

Being organised. I live with a permanent knot in my stomach, worried that I've forgotten something. I used to make lists but they ended up so overwhelmingly huge that I couldn't face looking at them
