I'm in a similar boat, I'm not actually interested in meeting someone the same age as my on this site. I'm looking for someone 7-10 years older than myself. It's that mental maturity that I find so attractive. However I've not had much luck

Yep, about 3 and a bit years. What is rare on FAB is couples where the woman is considerably older (say 8-10 years). Yet fairly normal the other way round.

That isn’t horrible. Most men (not saying OP) will assume that ‘I’m attracted to older men’ means ‘I’m attracted to men who are older despite any other factors’ meaning any older men are fair game.
