A random boost of energy?

All the sudden out of nowhere I'm feeling happier than usual and full of energy with a more positive outlook on things .... ... I'm usually grumpy and negative as you all know haha

so what randomly boosts you lot you amazing fabbers?

I just can't explain it its just out of nowhere ... I wish it would last but I know it will end one day haha ... I think any message would give me a bigger boost too
