I'm surprised it wasn't already illegal?

Pretty sad state of affairs when the authorities have to tell people that it isn't appropriate.

Oddly I do miss the days when Peeping Tom's would erect ladder's up against bedroom windows and peep in at the dead of night...if they ever did that at all as I would imagine it takes a lot of effort to carry a ladder around without being caught by the rozzers.
