Giving up your best friend

Jump to newest

Listening to the radio today and an interesting survey result came up.

According to the survey the average price people would accept to give up there bestie was £131000

So the question is, If someone offered you money to give up your best friend forever, would you do it? And how much would it cost to ruin your friendship?

My sister is my best friend and I'd never give her up for any amount of money.

I wouldn’t do it, as no amount of money could ever replace them

I don't have any best friends... They come and go time to time. But I move on as do they.

I wouldn't get rid of anyone for any amount.

She knows I love her, but she also knows how many double cheeseburgers I could buy with that amount of cash. She would understand my decision

My husband is my best friend. The only one I can trust 100 percent been bitten to many times by someone who I thought was my friend. And honestly no I wouldn’t sell him for all the money in the world

I wouldn’t put a price on it although I don’t have a best friend. I dumped most of my friends over the last few years because we either grew apart or I came to the realisation we weren’t good for each other. I do have a few good friends left who I hope I will continue to be friends with. Life circumstances change, people change. That’s only my experiences and opinion though.

That said, if someone was offering me money to ditch one of my friends I’d push them to their limits.

Somewhere near here

Never, my best friend is for keeps, she knows way too much and 23 years of friendship is not something I wish to loose.

However, can I say she’s no longer my friend, get the money then split it with her and have a jolly round the world trip together??

I've been thinking about this. Now its well known that I'm a very shallow person, (hell I won't have sex with someone I don't find attractive ). However I wouldn't give up my best friend for any money, I simply couldn't.

I'd give up work for moneybif that's any help.

I lost my best friend because of my husband's paranoia.

I would give that amount of money to have that friendship back.

I take my best friend on mad missions, but every so often when they start to stop listening to me. I take them past a shooting range and they oddly know how to drive quickly i could consider the money to also

Nope I value the people in my life too much. Had a lot of personal loss due to family and friends dying. When people come into my life I like to keep them in my life and no money would be enough
