"How do you cure it "

Don’t think there’s a ‘way’ to cure it. Ive been on sleeping tablets, I’ve tried many different natural ways. Sometimes it still just creeps up on me.

Being pregnant cured it for the first three months though

leeds

Sometimes suffer from it depending what's happening in my life, stress levels and such, sleeping remedies work to a degree but are only short term. Keeping busy during the day and exercise tends to help break the cycle.

I tend to find masturbating helps and listening to music... I don't know why but I always fall asleep with headphones on with music going ... When I wake up sometimes I find a new song I enjoy

Using Alexa to play rain or thunderstorm sounds sometimes helps me.
