A post on another thread got me thinking ( yes I do think ) , do you shower or bath every day or do you have lazy cant be arsed days. I admit on my one day off i dont shower ( i do the other 6 btw

) .

1-2 times a day, and of course a shower but on the weekends I lay in an empty bath and let the shower shower my legs

Sea of jelly and doughnuts

I shower twice a day minimum... On weekends I'll have a relaxing soak in the bath with a spiced rum!

Why do so many people shower so much? Your skin doesnt get that dirty whilst sleeping and at work surely?

I shower at least once a day. Sometimes a shower and a bath straight after.

Sometimes I get in front work, close the door get naked and scrub the day away. I think that’s more therapeutic than about cleanliness

I have to shower every morning, cant imagine how awful id feel the rest of the day if i didnt. Usually shower before bed but admittedly its really only a quick rinse and wash the little fella.

Why the pressure to shower/bath every day if you don't need to? As long as your cleannand fresh when uou need to be. It's good to give you skin a break and let it's natural oils function and do their work.
