Message those who you want to have a social with. Do you mean a social gathering, or just a social with one person?

"Post a date, time and location ?"

Very wise words although. Single straight guy setting up a social is going to be fun

I wait with anticipation

Do you mean a group social or a 1-1social meet OP?

Speak to members who already do it and seek their advice. I somehow think a random single guy organising a Social probably has ulterior motives!

Absolutely not I just want people to attend and have a good time getting to know others

In east London there isn’t anything like this

Why not start small and just get about 6 people or so in a local pub? That should be easy enough.
