Not sure if just swingers but Wales is just filthy. Used to drive in and out of Wales from the east so took breaks in lay bys, used toilets and service station. Doggers, telephone numbers, holes in toilet cubicles, couples sat in cars.... everywhere was teeming with a sexual sub culture
