Ok, so I've heard quite a bit on here about "morality" and how it pertains to swingers (mostly when it comes to bareback sex...though there are others).

A few (or many) on here claim the moral high ground regarding their swinging experience. ie--"we are morally superior to all else because we don't believe in x, y, or z."

Do you think you are above and beyond others because you....do whatever but don't do that?

Some examples:

I won't go bareback, it's not fair to any resulting kids.

I only have sex with straight men, bi might have diseases.

I only have sex with those with however many veri's, as more veri's increases the chance of infections.

Many others abound.

I don't judge, I have sex with those who appeal, and not with those who don't....just curious as a few, if not more, seem to claim the moral high ground on some things (but not others): I'm just curious.

I try not to be judgemental, its other peoples lives they can do what they want. But I do find stuff off putting to me personally and I think that's ok. I may put others off its swings and roundabouts tho I don't expect to be judged either.

Morals - A few, a lot more than when younger.

Judgemental - Try not to be but am human so can be.

Preferances - We have ours. Other people have theirs. When comes to swinging each to their own. Bareback not for us as example, but if others into it. Go for it.

Like all Internet forums this one suffers with hypocrites who think their shit doesn’t stink.

I'm not sure that it is judgement or people expressing their personal preference but then using that as a barometer of their own standards.

Everyone has different things they prefer and those they prefer to avoid. Using that as something that sets you aside from the rest is just how people like to categorise themselves.

I don't think I'm better / worse or anything than other people. I partake or not according to my experience in life. Nobody is even remotely perfect in anything if you take it to the nth degree. There is a huge difference between "passing" judgement and "using" judgement though - the first is what I think the OP is referring to that does apply to some here and usually has negative connotations.

The second is something we all do, and express through preferences, choices etc and is a natural part of the every day fabric we each call life.

As Babs said, the difference is in how we express those judgements.
