Morning all,

I called into Marks & Spencer on the way to work this morning, to buy some bananas. The packet says "minimum 4 fingers" - did they think a customer wouldn't know that?!

Can't bet a good 'nana in the morning, eh?!

"Shouldn't that be maximum 4 fingers? "

It could have said min or max, point is we can see how many are in there...why tell us?

So you can complain if there are less than 4.

I’ve bought the baby bananas this morning. No minimum on the packet but looks like a hand in there.

Whose hand?

Just noticed the label says do not refrigerate, yet they were on the chilled shelves.

I dunno, tut tut, standards aren't what they used to be!

M&S can be overtly specific did you count them to make sure you got your full 4?

I had to count on my fingers. Well, I had to borrow the banana fingers but I managed it in the end.

Leeds

Sainsbury's sell bananas in a polythene bag which says "bananas. Delicious when peeled".
