I'm introvert, he's extrovert. So face to face socials he's far better at than myself until I get comfortable. I'm better at online chatting where as he finds that difficult so we kind of balance each other out.

In brain research it seems that it depends on how our body responds to the hormonal chemicals acetylcholine and dopamine. So a spectrum based on the mix is quite probable. I was wondering what other dimensions you think come into play?
