XBox one X doesn't switch on...

Hey so I just sold my Samsung 55" Premium UHD TV which had my Xbox connected to.

Now I've reconnected it to my old TV it's just not switching on at all. And I have no idea what to do.

Has anyone else had an issue like this before?
