They look nice but I can’t stand the texture of currents / raisins and the like. R loves them as well haha

All this talk of butter is making me so envious! Before my body decided to have a freak out about dairy, I would lightly toast the hit cross buns and put a generous slice of lightly salted butter onto each half. Then I'd pop them back under the grill for a few seconds to get a bit melty

Excuse me while I go and weep with despair and frustration.....
