little house on the praire

So i decided a new method to cut down smoking, im only allowed to smoke in one room of the house, if i got out for less than 4 hrs i dont take them with me. Ive told myself im not giving up just cutting back. It seems to be working, i was on 50+ before christmas and yesterday i only had 6 and today just had my first one.

I gave up nearly 5 years ago, by just making the decision not to smoke in the house or the car.... this was when you could still smoke in the pub... I got to the stage where I couldn't be arsed to go outside for one, so it wasn't hard.

Then when I had stopped, I kept a packet at home, just not my brand, that way I had to REALLY want one and then it wouldn't be very nice, so I didn't bother

50+, that's about 15 GBP a day for the cheapest brand!

Apart from benefits to your health, the money you will save will be quite substantial!

It will pay for the new camping trailer with a lockable hard top in 3 months!

Good luck to ya, quitting was the hardest thing I ever did. It took me two goes, but by the second time I'd got my act together and I've not smoked since.

oh evesham you have motivatated me too take up knitting again. I used to be brilliant years ago and havent done any for about 16 years and ive just bougth a book with patterns in for cushions and cant remember what the other was. Someone gave me one of those knitted flower brooches the other day and i thought well i could do that.
