Thursday discussion day

I have saw loads of people who are self employed or employed advertising for work on here.

Would you let a fellow fabster work for you in your home

Thoughts

If it was strictly professional, then sure.

I would question their intentions or expectations if they were advertising on here.

I would probably say not I look for people who work on my house to be qualified to do so and search myself and that wouldn't be on here. I see zero advantages of mixing the two just negatives.

I say that purely because my postman is on here, he’s cool

If it was someone I met and got on with, then they divulged their skill and offered a helping hand I wouldn't say no.

I say this because I've helped people out before now, because I thought the person was cool and I wanted to do it. Not everything is about money and what you can get out of people or what people want from you. Sometimes it's simply nice to be nice and do someone a good turn.

A mate with a skill yes.. a randomer looking for sex as payment no..

Its hard enough to find someone I'm attracted to enough to have sex so chances of fancying a randomer is virtually none.. plus they'd know where I live.. that's for close friends only.

I'd agree with this. My FB is an electrician and has done a few jobs for me but we had met before any talk of jobs being done.

I think meeting someone in order for them to carry out work is different.

Not someone I don't know, no. I wouldn't want them to know where I live!

Ahhh but what if they spoke to you on here about their job and you politely decline, you then call a company up to do the same job and the same person you was talking to on here turns up, would you still let them do the job?

Danish x

Might be a jokey comment but I would worry that the guy would think that to.

I specifically look for people to do jobs for me on websites, mostly kink ones.

I don't pay them anything nor offer them sex. Not everyone is out to get what they can and many do enjoy helping others.

I would only ever use people who were licenced, trained, qualified with the correct certification. If a professional tradesman happened to be on here i would invite him to quote for the job same as i would a professional tradesmen i didnt know from fab.
