Takeaway?

Another quality offering from television broadcaster ch5 (to be aired on Friday).

Pizza, fish & chips, Indian, Chinese, and kebab will be just some of the top picks I'm sure.

What's your particular favourite?

Indian gets my vote

I deliver to lots of Indian takeaways around South Wales, Exeter and the South West. I used to get freebies when I wasn't on a diet. The best food I had was from Mughal Palace in Bristol! Perfection!! You could taste the love they out into it. I go in the kitchen and watch them make it. Good guys... good food great restaurant. And no I'm not getting paid to say that!

You can't beat a genuinely good Indian. Then again sometimes the craving for a pizza or a big old dirty kebab takes over.

Surely one has to be seriously d*unk before contemplating a kebab?

I haven’t had a takeaway meal apart from by necessity based on location like a shit airport or festival for a few years. Always cook from scratch as I prefer it, but Chinese and Indian were the go to takeaways back in the day. I’d probably plump for Thai now as we have two good Thai restaurants nearby that do a takeaway service now.

Exactly, I've not had a kebab since this morning

Seriously though, as Doc said, there are takeaways and restaurants from pretty much every country on the planet within a 5 minute walk from me. I've lived here for nearly 6 years, but occasionally I have a Hot & Spicy pizza from Papas which I have been using since the early 90's. Other than that, I cook ma own, at least I know what goes into it

Worthing

Chips, mushy peas, curry sauce and sausage. Plenty of salt and vinegar. Crusty bread/butter. Yum!
