I'm meeting a guy for the first time soon. We're both in the same WhatsApp chat group and although I've never met him before we seem to share the same sense of online humour.

He wants to just meet and get it on but I'd rather go to a club for a drink and a chat first, just to get a feel for his personality. I'm a lot straighter than I used to be but from what I can gather, he most certainly isn't.

I've never done this kind of thing before so I'm looking to fab for some advice.

Has anybody else ever joined a new golf club and entered the summer pairs competition with a complete stranger who has trouble finding the fairway off the tee?
