Its a lovely sunny day in London, have done the shopping and so can now relax on my day off for the rest of the day...

100kg.. not that much in the big scheme of things but its been a slog getting there, overcoming loads of back, shoulder and elbow injuries. Had a bit of a mental barrier with it, but now I've done it I can only improve. Now to smash the protein..

Just been for a beautiful walk at rutland water. Had our first picnic. Opened my mothers day card and cried at what my son had written. Just waiting for jay to finish the paper then going to the florists to order a huge bouquet for my goddaughter to make her smile

I've had a beautiful wander on the Salisbury Plains with my dog and enjoyed the sun on my back. I think I saw a Siskin, definitely saw a few Skylarks and 2 Hares. I felt happy not to be battling a Force 2 cyclone blowing me off my feet and turning my hair into a mop. Smiley Smiley Face.
