No a sneeze doesnt flood my whole body, a sneeze doesn't affect my shoulders and neck, creating tingles as it builds nor does a sneeze make me want to clamp my legs together my stomach have butterflies and my whole body shudder then relax.

I've never taken the comparison between a sneeze or an orgasm as a like for like description but rather it alluding to the sensation of *something* gathering momentum inside your body which you usually have little or no control over until it reaches a crescendo. That's not to say the end result, the intensity, or even the build up, of either experience is similar. But as orgasms are so bloody hard to describe properly - and are very individual things - I can understand how this comparison has become popular, albeit inaccurate.
