So lately I haven't been able to get myself off at all. Usually I can no problems. I get to the point where I am almost there as in just about to cum and then nothing. It's so frustrating.

Anyone when through anything similar and found a reason for it and a way to get over it.

I've had this yeah and it's really annoying. I found that giving it a few days break helps. It's helps to be relaxed before hand, maybe find something to get your mind in the right place. I once started ready short erotic stories, worked so much better than watching a video. The mind is the key.

If you are stressed it isn't going to help. But we're talking about relieving stress here ??

Biggest thing is try not worry about it. If you expect not to cum then you probably won't. Self fulfilling prophecies are a bitch so relax, get your head right and good luck.

If your using toys take a break from them go back to basics and then come back to them in a couple of weeks and see if that helps so it breaks it up from not being the norm

Yes.. when my desires change and what once excited me, no longer does. Only my conscience has yet to catch up with my mind, as to the reason why.

It could be mental, it could be physical. We don't know, so if it lasts for a while, it may be worth talking to someone more qualified than us.
