Well the usual stuff thats already been mentioned, unkempt, unclean, wearing a football/rugby shirt, and also constantly talking about ex wives/partners!!

clear their small childs nose out by clasping their head,placing their mouth over the kids nose and sucking it out then gobbing it on the floor

Turning up with the affore mentioned child and saying pleeehehehessse we need somewhere to live
