So bloody awfully bad its actually good. You have to wonder if the director deliberately made it that way to make a ludicrous premise that was always going to be a bad movie into a brilliant one.

Then you just realise that no, he's just a really shit director of a bad movie

Jack Frost.

Not the Michael Keaton one, the other one that is about a serial killer that is involved in a vehicle accident while being transported to jail, gets soaked in "genetic engineering waste solution" and crushed into a snowdrift, which transforms him into a homicidal living snowman...

They literally spent dollars on the special effects, and it must have taken hours to write the script. I'll bet that the main leads of the cast even got paid at least minimum wage.
