Hey you furry pair of buggers! Why If I go to the bathroom do you both follow me in... and sit and STARE at me like it's the most fascinating thing in the world....it's bloody off putting.

If I shut the door with you outside you stick furry paws under the crack at the bottom. Scratch scratch scratch .

If I shut the door with you inside you recreate Escape From Alcatraz.

Fcuk sake, I just want a pee in peace. Is that too much to ask?

And relax.

Cats are always on the wrong side of any door. That’s why you have to leave every single one open for their royal highnesses.

Mum, where are you? What are you doing? Are you having a poo or a wee?

God knows what the neighbours think.

I'm with the cats on this one. If I could get away with just following a woman into the bathroom and watching her wee, or sneaking under a cubicle door without getting arrested, I'd do exactly the same! And sorry OP, but I actually think women peeing probably IS the most fascinating thing in the world?

Don't think I would fancy a cat in the bath with me, what if you mistake it for your loofer it could all end up to be a right blood bath

I think cats are beautiful and amusing though I would never have one - too much trouble despite their alleged independence!

I have a German Shepherd and a cat, both follow me into the bathroom. It's like they know they have my undivided attention when sat on the pot

My bathroom is bot big enough for 3.

Cats seem to be obsessed with running water. My old one insisted on sitting on the sink and drinking straight from the tap.

"Hahahaha my Bailey use to do that"

It's sweet isn't it, she's very clingy, as she was dumped, so she follows me everywhere. She sleeps on our bed and wakes hubby up in the morning, about 5am, by touching her nose to his!

My dog does this. It’s most disconcerting.

If i close the door he uses his paws to open it and sits by the sink watching me so i end up talking to him to make it feel less awkward

We are very lucky, we couldn't have picked a better cat. We do have a selection of 'boyfriends' passing through the garden though . I do feel for you, I panic when I can't see her in the garden and would be gutted if I lost her now.

Did you know that if you put a Tonk in the fridge, its fur will go darker temporarily? I'm not advocating putting cats in fridges of course, but their fur is temperature sensitive. I have a couple of Tonks back home and they're much lighter in the summer and darker in the winter.

Their points are temp sensitive, thats why they are darker then coat colour as they are further away from core temp. I have a brown colourpoint boy who visually looks the same colour as his chocolate tonkinese point uncle. 2 totally different genetical colours look like twins.
