Once In A Lifetime...

Once in my life I have the chance to find

Once in my life I have the chance to find

Once in a lifetime I have the chance to find the key to my dreams

And I know, that it's so good for me

Once in a lifetime I have the chance to find the key to my dreams

And I know, that it's so good for me

Not a Craig David thread, although this song is really good! I was listening to it today (a few times) and relised how lucky I am to be in a position to follow my dream and make it a reality.

Have you lived, are you Living your dream(s)? What are your dreams? Do/will ypu follow them?

Sorry if I'm going on about travelling too much. Shameful realisation...

We are living as close to our dream as possible but there's a way to go which is good. Once you achieve your dream what else is there?

"Got confused skipped to the end do i live my dreams know i live my life and try to be happy"

I think that's the best way to live your life. So many people forget.

Brighton - even Hove!

It’s good to be content if not happy with your lot. Always yearning after something more doesn’t always add happiness. Achievable goals is good though.

I think it's important to enjoy what you're doing RIGHT NOW, even if it's not technically a dream, it's your time on the planet and it's finite....

You can't stop yearning feelings. If your life doesn't feel right for you then you should change it surely? I agree achievable goals... nothing too crazy.

So you should enjoy what you're doing instead of doing what you enjoy?

I'm content in that I have the ability to take pleasure in the little things, don't worry about stuff I can't change, and change the stuff I can if it's making me miserable. I have a home, 2 lovely children, friends, a job I love, and my physical health.

It's all relative though. I'm sure many people would be dissatisfied with my very low income and the fact my autism dictates that I can only manage to work 20 hours a week. I can't do anything about that though and I refuse to let it become a source of discontent or bitterness.

I do see what your saying... if you're in a situation you may as well enjoy it. I'm like that but I need more to my life to be fully happy. Like I said I do feel lucky to be in a position to do it. Although it was all my own doing by being careful etc...
