Sending massive hugs! I lost my mother in law sept last year, it was sudden, feel like she just disappeared from our lives, very hard to get closure. Grief is so complex. Hoping that today remember the good times xxx

Will be 4 years on June 10th for me. The pain never goes away but it does get easier to live with.

"No one ever forgets their loved ones"

Gone but not forgotten.

Both my parents died in December 3 and 6 years ago it's still hard now with everyone getting excited in the run up to xmas.

But anyway back to the point

Sending you some love and hugs MrsC

Keeping a person alive in your heart means that they never really die. It can be a huge comfort - believe me I know. The real difficulty is it means that holding on means never letting go. That is where the pain and hurt is. But who wants to let go of such a dear person.

My thoughts are with you. Be kind to yourself and keep those great thoughts and memories. Always remember that the person would understand you feeling sad for a while - but they wouldn't want you to feel bad for a long time.

Carry a little with you.

Let your grief be a falling leaf.

Take care.

It is not easy. And I know that the love we feel for those that we no longer get to see and speak to and share new memories with never dies.

Thinking of you at this time. I fully understand your pain. Juts remember that there others out there who are willing to listen and give a hug if onky a virtual one.
