Erm ... mine kinda happened by accident

I made a rice stir fry with peppers, mushrooms, onion & sweet chilli sauce to take to work with me tomorrow

I made too much so the rest got scoffed there & then

If you're anything like me I always cook for 4 people because I normally eat enough for 2 and I need leftovers
