"Seen loads of bands but the stand out ones are The 20th Centuary Doors (the original doors but with Ian Astbury from The Cult as front man) Green Day Limehouse Lizzy (Thin Lizzy tribute, can't tell the difference!) Ian Dury and the Block Heads Shane Mcgowan One THE best Iggy Pop" Limehouse lizzy are the best covers band i have ever seen. Saw them at MCN weekend at butlins and tried to get to as may of their gigs as possible. Oftern on in derby at the flower pot and assembly rooms.

"We're off the see Van 'the man' Morrison a week on Saturday. We hope to come home and say, "That was the best gig we've ever been to" " Saw him in Leeds a long long time ago, was just after 'A night in San Francisco' was released, same set list and line up but without Junior wells and John Lee Hooker etc Van was mainly pished, so Brian Kennedy and Georgie Fame did most of the vocals, was still a great gig though Bets gig i have been to, (which was not really a gig in the true sense) was a small spur of the moment gig, when Mark knopfler walked into his old watering hole, The Grove Inn, Leeds, sat down with Brendan Crocker, and joined in. Second best I have been to was Queen at Elland Rd Leeds, 1982, Hot Space tour, same tour line up as was mentioned earlier at Milton Keynes.

"Scissor Sisters .. My favorite band. I follow them around a bit I love brixton academy. Such an intimate place. Much prefer the smaller gigs O2 is too large. . I do like other bands but too much effort to go on my own." Seen them at the metro arena, I love them but I'm only little and we got floor standing so I couldn't see a thing! I much prefer smaller venues or festivals x

"Bit alternative but Pop will eat itself at brum on a reunion tour as no one thought we'd ever see clint mansell come back from Hollywood and they lifted the roof off the academy in brum" I was at both nights and it really was special, particularly when they played the really early stuff and Crabbie drummed again. Were you at the Stourbridge Rock Cafe gig a few years later when Clint failled to show but the rest of them played?
