For me yes, but I've always been a stickler for doing pelvic floor exercises since having my child; hubby tells me I'm tighter now than I was when we first go together 20 years ago

I do! And yes, I think so. There is a right way to do your kegels and a wrong way though, as long as you know how to use them they really do work. There's also something slightly arousing about wearing them and no one but your partner being aware.
