Just heard about this on the radio, they should leave well alone in my view.

I can see the plus side of how this could be used for those with communication difficulties through ill health and similar but how long will it be before it's mis-used on innocent people?

How much would the whole operation and aftercare cost?

What if the operation goes wrong and leaves the person in a worse condition?

Would you like to hear a love one or anyone audibly in pain on their death bed?

I can't see it being a true success just yet but who knows how it will be used in the future.

That's very thought provoking!

The news has really 'spooked' me out and I've been thinking how this would develop in the future.
