On tonight channel 4 @ 10pm, I think it will be interesting even though I don't have kids, as I personally think sex today is driven by the porn industry, and how younger people see it and react to it, what are your thoughts?

I am normally more patient than this, but I really can't believe you parents out there haven't heard about this! Or have nothing to say

I'm recording. I saw the women on This Morning, and they said the reason they've done it is to get kids and parents communicating about sex.

I'm watching it now.

Our kids are late twenties and both in successful relationships. I think kids have more influences than just porn and the values their parents give them count for a lot. However I do believe that the easy availability of porn is a problem

Which can only be a good thing in my opinion, as I know as a single female how a lot of men treat us as if we are in the porn industry , young boys need to be taught that real life is like treating females with respect is paramount

100% there is a ridiculous amount of pressure on both genders and it must be terrifying.

I agree, it's got to start in the home, but a lot of parents are not confident in bringing up the subject of sex to the table, so well done for being so open and I am not being patronising x

Our kids didn't have internet on their phones and only had the main pc but of course that doesn't mean they weren't seeing porn elsewhere. I don't think they had such easy access as today's teens. We used to check their internet history and had to have several chats about what they were looking at and the kind of people they were talking to on msn.

well for me i started it from the cradle whatever questions he asked i answered regardless of what it was about. I never treated questions regarding sex any different to any other questions and he has always been open and honest with me

I have 3 sons aged 34 31 and 23 ... also I am a single mum for 19yrs .... they respect women hugely mainly because of how I managed to bring them up on my own we’ve always been open about talking about sex particularly with my youngest as we are very close ... he knows I swing ... and we talk about everything ... my youngest does like his porn but he knows real women are not like that .... and we talk about the issues raised .... my eldest has a secure and happy marriage the other two are single but still have healthy views on women

You can't ask more than that

when my son was about 12 he had a "girlfriend" he told me he was going to get his mate to dump.her for him. I gave him such a bollocking about being disrespectful and he should do it himself. I made him go and do it to her face to face

It is a very difficult situation to tackle, I will agree
