Gravity is only a curvature of the space-time continuum, if a flat earth has the same mass as the spherical one then more or less the gravity (the curvature created in space-time continuum) would have similar force.

Since my answer is so boring and my mass is not that great, I won't be creating a significant curvature in space-time continuum and therefore I have no gravitational pulling power at all
