Can you guys please recommend some high tempo tracks to get a good sweat on to please.

The standard of music video that plays in my gym is really poor and not overly my type. If you can avoid dance tracks I'd appreciate it lol

I'm currently being supjected to a speeded up version of Don't Let Go - by En Vogue

Thank you, much love

Hefty Hideaway

I can’t suggest any one song. The best advice is to make a playlist of music that is high energy or has a quick but steady beat and that makes you smile. My playlist is absolutely bonkers but I can lose myself in it and that is key. This morning though I’m going to be listening to Weezer in the gym. I like to mix it up.

Start and end the playlist with trance like music for your warm ups and cool downs.

I'm not really feeling trance or tance or the like anymore, maybe on a night out just, but I can definitely do The Prodigy

Doesn't have to be trance, anything you can warm up, cool down too.

Skrillex Bangarang album was also really good in the gym

Might not be your cup of tea but try giggs, something about his music helps me dig a little deeper when I’m running

Hiding in the shadows

I've got Spotify playlists for the gym

Mostly rock, or stuff with a strong heavy beat.

GnR, Foos, The Killers, Nirvana, Prodigy, Myles Kennedy, Pink, Rolling Stones, The Doors, ACDC.

I can't work out to girly pop tunes
