Cigarettes vs Vaping

Have any of you given up fags with electronic cigarettes? And if so, did you find it hard to quit Vaping afterwards?

Thanks to electronic cigarettes i haven't smoked a fag for 7 years, but I can't stop vaping I'm on 0% nicotine now and I still want it.

I tried vaping and couldn’t get on with it, I now smoke roll ups, I’ve reduced the amount I normally smoke and reduced how much I’m spending, I was spending close to £80 a week, now it’s about £15 max.

If its zero nicotine then its not that you are addicted would hy-pno-therapy break you out of the habit then? Might be worth trying if its not nic addiction.

I'm mostly vaping now and plan to be 100% cig free soon (currently about 2 a week from twenty a day)

My monthly costs are about £30 p/m down from about £300. I'll start reducing nicotine after that. If you're 0% nicotine then surely you could keep vaping OP?

Maybe you should try vaping again with a higher dose of nicotine and try different flavours until you find what you like.

Maybe. I don't vape half as much as I used to when I was using nicotine.. But I am still in the habit.

Yes i can keep vaping.. I just thought I wouldnt want it again.

I mean its more of a habit than an addiction for me now.
